NA-YGN Announcements:
1. IYNC2012 Registration Is Now Open - The 2012 North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NA-YGN) annual workshop will be held in conjunction with the International Youth Nuclear Congress (IYNC) bi-annual meeting August 5-11 in Charlotte, N.C. 2. Go Nuke is looking for writers for the 2012 Spring Edition. Article ideas could include events and projects taken by your chapter- How NA-YGN has helped reinforce your career- etc... If you are interested in writing for Go Nuke, please respond to communications(a)na-ygn.org<mailto:communications@na-ygn.org>.
3. IYNC2012 Registration Committee - NA-YGN is looking for volunteers to help welcome our international attendees at the 2012 conference. Please contact registrar(a)na-ygn.org<mailto:registrar@na-ygn.org> if you are planning on attending the conference and would like to help.
4. NA-YGN has expanded our previous one-year strategic plan to a five-year strategic plan. The 2012-2016 NA-YGN Strategic Plan has been issued and it is now available online<http://www.na-ygn.org/aboutus2/Strategic%20Plan/2012-2016%20NA-YGN%20Stra...>. All NA-YGN members are encouraged to review the strategic plan and provide input. If you have comments or suggested changes, please contact vp(a)na-ygn.org<mailto:vp@na-ygn.org>.
5. NA-YGN is looking for candidates to fill the Atlantic Regional Lead position. Previous experience in local chapter leadership is highly recommended for this position.
