MITRE<http://www.mitre.org/> is a non-profit, FFRDC (Federally Funded
Research Development Center) who works almost solely on government research programs.
August 10-14 in Bedford, MA, MITRE will be hosting a week-long exercise for the United
States Intelligence Community. They are currently searching for a few more subject matter
experts for the program. In the past, MITRE has worked with people from many of the US
National Labs and Industry. Former participants have always spoken very highly of the
program.
The participants must have a DOD SECRET clearance (or DOE Q Clearance) and have the
following profiles (or something very similar):
* Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in industrial and nuclear
facilities
* Chemical engineer with experience at a chemical plant (preferably under 35 years
old)
* PhD in nuclear science/engineer or physics with experience with reactors
MITRE will reimburse for travel and per diem if required and pay a $1000 honorarium per
work day to commercial contractors/consultants.

4. In order to make the 1st embedded topical of the ANS Young Professionals Congress
an exciting, thrilling and complete event, there are a variety of activities that require
financial support. There are three levels of sponsorship and Duke and Westinghouse have
