NA-YGN Webinars
The first in a series of professional development sessions sponsored by the NA-YGN
Professional Development Committee will be coming soon!
Have you ever wondered about getting a Reactor Operator or Senior Reactor Operator's
license? Are you just curious about this area of our industry? The first professional
development webinar session, "Initial Licensing Training Information" is hosted
by Exelon. The speaker, Tom McCool, Operations Director at the Braidwood Generating
Station, will review and discuss the requirements to hold a operator's license, the
amount of work required to get the license, and the benefits of holding a license.
The session will be held on Thursday February 26, 2009 at 2pm EST. To listen in, you must
register for the call (as a limited number of lines are available on a
first-come-first-serve basis) but most chapter leads have already done so. Please check
with your chapter lead about their arrangements for the call. Registration:
